I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. The beds had noticeable stains, and the towels smelled musty, making it hard to feel comfortable during our stay. Additionally, the staff did not seem attentive, as we waited too long even just to check in.

Wi-fi was fast, and I enjoyed the spa, but parking could be better.

Had a great time with friends! We explored two local attractions, the Exhibition Coal Mine and the Youth Museum of Southern West Virginia. The hotel is close to Briar Patch Golf Course and Tamarack, perfect for golf and shopping. Rooms were nice and service was efficient.

One downside was that breakfast options weren't great, and some of us were hoping for a better start to our day.

A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Had a good experience during my solo trip. The room was cozy and offered decent amenities. I appreciated the USB ports by the bedside, but an outlet would’ve made using my CPAP easier. Pro tip, check behind the bed for outlets! A lovely place with some minor tweaks needed.
